Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at info@canpressco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 

3514 Bleams Rd, New Hamburg, ON N3A 2J7, Canada

Returns are evaluated on an individual basis and may or may not be approved. 

If your return is accepted, you will need to provide the photo of the expiry date along with the lot number. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Les retours sont évalués au cas par cas et peuvent être approuvés ou non.
Si votre retour est accepté, vous devrez fournir une photo de la date d'expiration ainsi que le numéro de lot. Nous vous enverrons une étiquette de retour, ainsi que les instructions indiquant comment et où envoyer votre colis. Les articles retournés sans qu'une demande de retour ait été préalablement soumise ne seront pas acceptés.
